Serves 2 (appetizer/first dish)
1 (250 g) camembert
1/4 cup of walnuts
1-2 figs cut into slices
2 tablespoons of honey
1 pinch of rosemary leaves
NBROSIA's Black Truffle Oil
1-2 tablespoons of white wine
Place the cheese in a small "nest" made of parchment paper and score a deep cross or a crosshatch pattern on the top rind of the cheese. Add the rosemary and the walnuts on top and sprinkle with a few drops of white wine and honey.
In a preheated oven, bake the cheese at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
For serving, place the figs and the fresh thyme on top of the cheese and drizzle with truffle oil. Serve warm with a fresh baguette next to it!
